What is the worship service like?
Our service is an upbeat modern style. Our worship team consists of a vocal team and a band that includes guitar, drums, and keyboards. We sing contemporary worship songs as well as hymns. Sometimes we have other special music including adult and children’s handbell choirs and vocal ensemble. The service lasts about an hour.
What should I wear?
We are a come-as-you-are group of people. On Sunday mornings you will see people dressed in everything from jeans or shorts to dress clothes.
Where do I park?
We have ample parking spaces on the east side of the building.
Where do I enter the building for worship?
We have a main entrance on the east side at the middle of the building with 2 sets of double doors. These doors will lead you into the main lobby where someone will greet you.
Are there activities for my children?
We have a staffed nursery from 8:30 a.m. until 11:40 a.m. for newborns to 4th birthday that is located 2 doors north of the Sanctuary. They have a sign-in and sign-out procedure.
Do you have adult education?
Sure. Our Sunday School hour has several small group classes for adults in addition to our youth/children’s programming. Check out the bulletin for updated groups.
How does the Congregation observe Communion?
We observe communion on the first and third Sundays of each month as well as on other special days. Generally, we offer Communion through intinction. For intinction, worshippers are invited to come forward to the front of the worship area where you will receive a piece of bread and dip it into the cup of juice and then eat the bread. If you wish, you may then go and spend time in prayer at one of our kneeling rails.
